The Little Mermaid -Book Review2-3-

This story is a very famous fairy tale. This was remade by Disney. Disney's one is a story with happy ending. But actually, original story is not so.


The Sea King's eldest daughter falls in love a certain prince. When his ship was capsized by a storm, she helped him. But she hid herself and couldn't tell him that because mermaids are not supposed to let people see them. The prince fall in love an other girl. She didn't know that and entered into a contact with a sea witch to make her to woman. The sea witch said if she can't get the prince's love, she will dissolve into the ocean waves! It's so danger. But she didn't pause. And then, she became a woman. The prince was very kind and welcomed her to his palace warmly. But then, she knew he'll marry with an other girl a next day. She was so sad and disappeared into welcoming waves...

Fairy tales usually end with happy ending. Why does this story not? What does it want to say? There is a thing it wants to say, I think. We can't have our own way not necessarily. It's sad reality for children. She threw away everything in the sea and became a woman having only love for the prince. But he married with an other girl because he was convinced that the girl helped him from a storm. The former little mermaid girl couldn't talk. Then, it's normal the prince married with the girl. Now, there are many irrational happenings around the world. Fairy tales are just un-common. I think fairy tales make children dream.So "The Little Mermaid" may be a fairy tale for adults. I watched a my aunt's hula concert the other day. I have never seen it without on TV. They shake their hips and move their hands slowly. It was very sexy and cute. The children appeared on the stage. They wore the costume like a bikini and showed their belly. People who dancing the hula are sexy despite they are children. I want to practice it because I'm not sexy! (70 words)

Book Review 2-2 -Stories of Snowmen-

There are three stories about snowmen. They come alive at night and are not supposed to let people see them move. It's so exciting! Actually, I have never made snowmen because I have been living in Kumamoto. Here is warm and hardly ever have snow. I envy children living cold place. There is no fairy tale about snowmen here. But I know some stories as cold place. It's about Santa Claus! He is liked by children also living warm place. (80 words)

My part time job - Lists 3-

1. Serving
-I serve the customers. A restaurant I work is a place people enjoy delicious food and expensive drink calmly. So I have to make them relax. Some people get drunk and don't behave themselves. But we never behaved coldly.


2. Washing
-After the customers finish dinner, I wash a lot of used dish. It's hard to keep a same posture for a long time. In winter, my hands become red by the cold. Putting away all dishes, I'll finish the jobs in a kitchen.

3. Cleaning up
-Lastly, I have to clean the rooms. There are some private rooms. I clean there by a vacuum-cleaner. It's not difficult. But I always feel dreadful because there is nobody and very calm. (><;) (123 words)

Shrek Special Features -essay prep/essay 2-

I didn't know Shrek special features, karaoke dance party, feature contents and so on. The karaoke is interesting. Watching the characters out of the main story such as the dance party, I can feel more real them. I thought want to go in the movie. I was surprised that this movie's radio actors are very famous actors I know. I like Cameron Dias. Finding that she acts in this movie, I want to watch it again. (76 words)

Driving - juppun-ha-juubun 3-

I have graduated a driving school last Monday. I have gone there for a long time because I couldn't pass some exam. I have failed a exam for graduating once. There are few people fail it. I was one of them. There are some reasons I have failed. First, I run too fast. Besides I don't reduce a speed enough when I was in front of danger. It is natural I have failed. Second reason is that I can't do a correct judge. For example, when there is a man who riding a bicycle, I have to judge if I can pass him or not. If I miss then, I may cause a traffic accident. apple juice -Qoo-
-I like an apple juice. Especially, I love it by Qoo. While this summer, I had been drinking it. Qoo has a suitable amount for me. But it's sold only a vending machine. (´｀) I want convenience stores to sell.

-I like drinking it in winter. I want drink fruits juice during summer. On the other hand, I feel want to drink tea in winter. O~i, ocha is green tea. Other kinds of tea, Sohkenbi-cha, Juhroku-cha and so on are good. But I like green tea because I have drunk after dinner it since I was a child.
APPLE TEA -Lipton-
-Apple drink again taken! (＾＾;) This drink is good. Sometimes, I don't wanna drink both of apple juice and green tea. Then, I drink it! I can enjoy tea and apple♪　(142 words)
